Coffer ("the Software") is a private financial-management application operated by Two Saints Group Ltd ("the Operator") solely for the Operator's own internal use. It is not offered, sold, or distributed to the public.
The Software is provided to the sole authorised user (the Operator's director) for personal internal use only. No rights are granted to any other party.
The Software aggregates the user's own financial data from connected services (banking and accounting providers) to present the user's own financial position. It is used only by, and on behalf of, the account owner.
The Software provides decision-support information only. It does not constitute regulated financial, tax, legal, or accounting advice. The user remains responsible for all decisions and for filings made with the assistance of a qualified accountant.
The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The Operator accepts no liability for any loss arising from its use, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Use of the Software is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
