Coffer is a private, single-user financial-management application operated by Two Saints Group Ltd. The only user is the account owner. This policy explains how it handles data.
With the owner's explicit authorisation, Coffer reads the owner's own financial data via official APIs: bank transactions (Monzo, Wise) and accounting data (QuickBooks Online - profit, VAT, and corporation-tax figures). It accesses only the owner's own accounts, solely to display the owner's own financial position.
Data is used exclusively to present financial insights to the single account owner. It is never sold, shared, rented, or disclosed to any third party, and is not used for advertising, profiling, or analytics.
Data is stored in Cloudflare D1 (a database in the UK/EU region) and the application is protected behind Cloudflare Access (Zero Trust), restricting all access to the single authorised owner. API credentials and tokens are held as encrypted secrets and are never exposed to the browser or any third party.
Data is retained only while the owner uses the application and can be deleted by the owner at any time.
Coffer connects to Monzo, Wise, and Intuit QuickBooks Online strictly as a data source under the owner's authorisation; their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies. Coffer discloses data to no one.
